We often have chicken eggs available for $3.20 per dozen.

They are gathered often throughout the day, cleaned and immediately refrigerated.

We have a number of Cornish X meat birds available frozen.

They range from approximately 3 to 5 pounds.

The price is $3.15 per pound.

Turkeys:

Red Bourbon TurkeysBroad Breasted TurkeysWe have two options for you; the ‘standard’ Broad Breasted White and Bronze turkey and the ‘heritage’ Red Bourbon turkey.

The Broad Breasted bird will dress out at from about 15 to 25 pounds and will be priced at $4.50 per pound.

The Red Bourbon turkey is a fairly rare breed that is reemerging in America as one of the most popular heritage turkey breeds.  The meat is known to have a more rich flavor.

They are a smaller bird; averaging around 7 to 12 pound range.  They are priced at  $6.50 per pound.

Geese:

Embden Geese.
A number of customers have asked us for a goose or two for the holidays.

We have the Embden goose that ranges from about 7 to 12 pounds, available for $6.50 per pound.

The quantities of the turkeys and geese are very limited.

Ducks:

We are excited to offer Muscovy ducks.  These ducks are one of the leanest breeds; containing just 3% fat!  It is said that the meat is not greasy.  They are a heavy duck.

Pricing is $6.30 per pound.  Get on the list!

Our good partners, Pure Mangalitsa, have introduced us to the Mangalitsa, the ‘Kobe beef of pork’.

Mang 2These are a delight to raise.

Also known as a ‘wooly pig’, these porkers are noted for their incredible white lard.  Ask any chef about their desire for the best pork and prosciutto.
